The trial does not include live SMS delivery, paid Giving checkout or standalone desktop Treasury activation. Texting and payment processing have usage or processor charges; review those alongside the subscription.

The sample shows how planning works. In your trial, add songs or import your song list from CSV, review the keys and tags, and add your people before scheduling your team. Your church’s repertoire and preferences make the plan yours.
Song CSV import includes titles, authors, keys, tempo, CCLI numbers and tags. Lyrics, licensed charts, existing service plans and team assignments do not transfer with that list.
Evaluate before committing to a move.
- Explore the sample together. Decide whether the set-building approach and care handoff solve a real problem for your team. Everyone sees the same fictional church.
- Check your requirements. Review chart licensing, rehearsal tools, imports and the integrations you rely on. The trial’s song themes are chosen by you; automatic Scripture interpretation is not included.
- Try your own repertoire when ready. Add or import songs, review their metadata, and add the people you want to schedule. The demo’s songs and staff do not become your real service.
- Make a team decision. Compare the planning experience, setup work and total cost before retiring your current system.
There is no automatic Planning Center Services migration or live sync. People CSV import is separate; households need regrouping, and bulk giving-history import is not available.
