What does Quiet actually mean?
It is a health signal on the group, not a guess in a spreadsheet. Active, Quiet, Inactive, and No meetings are named from attendance you already took, so a drifting group shows up while you can still act.
Can a volunteer leader see every group?
No. Leaders get edit rights scoped to the groups they lead. Admin and pastor still manage all.
Do we still need a paper sign-in sheet?
Open a dated meeting on a phone, leave everyone present, and tap who is absent. The clipboard does not have to reach the office.
Can people ask to join on their own?
Yes, when a group is open to join. Requests land in an approval queue: org-wide for staff, or scoped to the groups a leader runs.
