Every plan that includes Comms comes with 2500 text segments a month (enough for a text to your whole church every month plus everyday group messaging), and if you need more, a 500-segment pack is $15. There's a hard cap instead of surprise overage billing: if you run out, sending pauses until you add a pack or the month resets, so you can never be charged for a text you didn't buy. (A segment is 160 characters; a long text counts as more than one.)

No. Gifts run through your church’s own Stripe account and the money goes from your donor to your church. The card networks charge their processing fee, the same fee they would charge through any other platform, and Stewara takes none of it. We are never a destination in that flow — which is the whole reason the subscription is a flat $99: we get paid by the church, not by the plate.
