To the number they gave at the door, with the box ticked. A number typed without consent is not stored at all, and the desk is told so while the family is still standing there.

What if a label is lost?
Pickup is not only a sticker match. The shared security code is verified on the server at checkout, so a missing tag is a lookup, not an honor system at the door.
Do we have to buy a special printer?
No. Tags and receipts print to any printer you already own, or save as a PDF. There is no proprietary label stock.
What prints, and what stays staff-only?
Allergies can print on the tag. Medical notes and authorized pickup stay on the staff roster and never print.
Is this a legal safety certification?
No. Check-In gives household lookup, labels, room assignment, live attendance, and server-verified pickup. Those are the controls. It does not certify a ministry.
