See who needs a shepherd this week.

Not-seen-recently, lapsed giving, and overdue guest follow-ups, read live from Flock, Offering, Groups, and Check-In. A weekly digest writes the summary, and the optional built-in Assistant answers plain-language questions inside the work instead of sending you to another product.

Often replaces the monthly spreadsheet somebody rebuilds by hand before every leadership meeting.

Stewara Insights. The shepherd attention dashboard
  1. 1Care lists Not-seen-recently, lapsed giving, overdue guests.
  2. 2Role-gated A treasurer sees giving, not pastoral care lists.
  3. 3Weekly digest The summary writes itself for leadership.
This week’s attention: people to call, not a dashboard project.
What is this?

What Insights is, and what it isn’t.

Insights turns church records into weekly attention: who has not been seen, whose giving lapsed, and which guests are overdue. Each result reads live from Flock, Offering, Groups, and Check-In and opens to a person, not a chart. The weekly State of the Church digest writes the summary. When enabled, Stewara Assistant works inside Insights and related screens rather than as another product to open or buy.

All of it

This is the dashboard.

Four tiles, two charts and four doors, read live from Flock, Offering, Groups and Check-In. Every number on it is true. Not one of them tells you which to care about.

Three of them

Only three of these are news.

A thousand people are in the directory. That was true last month and will be true next month. Attendance, giving and who joined are what changed, so those are what it keeps.

The line

Then it writes the sentence.

The figures leave their tiles for a line built from those same values, by the same rules every church gets. It is on the page in week two, while there is still time to act.

And a fourth

And one it had to go find.

Four new people are still waiting on a first call. That count is nowhere on this screen: the wall has a door to it, not a number. The sentence went and got it.

Grace Harbor is our demo church, never a testimonial. This is Insights' own Overview drawn as real type, wired to nothing. The line under it is composed by the same function the product ships, from the same figures on the tiles.

Capabilities

What it does, grouped by the job.

Who needs a call

Not-seen-recently, lapsed-giving, and new-guest follow-up lists pull from real data, each with a window you control.

  • Not-seen-recently lists
  • Lapsed-giving lists
  • New-guest follow-ups

What moved this week

Giving by fund, attendance over time, people growth, and the guest-to-member funnel in one view instead of four exports.

  • Giving by fund
  • Attendance over time
  • Guest to member funnel

A digest nobody rebuilds

The weekly State of the Church digest reads like a written summary. Widgets only appear if your role can see that data.

  • Weekly pastoral digest
  • Per-widget role gating
  • Reads live module data

Ask from the work already open

When your church enables the built-in Assistant, a plain-language question becomes a structured, role-scoped result inside Insights. Message drafts land in Comms for a person to review before anything sends.

  • Built into existing screens
  • Role-scoped and logged
  • Human review before sending
Also included

Every Insights feature, in one list

  • Cross-module dashboard: Overview, People, Giving, Attendance
  • Not-seen-recently, lapsed-giving, and new-guest follow-up lists with configurable windows
  • Giving KPIs: this month vs. last month, broken down by fund
  • People-growth and attendance trend charts
  • Guest → returning → regular → member → inactive lifecycle funnel
  • Weekly "State of the Church" digest, assembled automatically for pastoral leadership
  • Per-widget role gating: a treasurer sees giving, not pastoral care lists
  • A plain-language summary line on every view, composed from the numbers that view already shows
  • Optional Stewara Assistant questions inside Insights and Comms: role-scoped, logged, and reviewed by a person
  • Reads Flock, Offering, Groups, and Check-In, and never bypasses a module's own privacy rules

Questions

The objections, answered here.

Is this another dashboard to maintain?

No. Lists and trends read live from Flock, Offering, Groups, and Check-In. The weekly digest writes the summary so nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet before the meeting.

Can a treasurer see pastoral care lists?

No. Widgets are role-gated. A treasurer sees giving, not pastoral care lists, and Insights never bypasses a module’s own privacy rules.

Does a trend open the actual people?

Yes. Not-seen-recently, lapsed giving, and guest follow-ups are lists of people you can act on, not a chart that stops at the picture.

How fresh is the data?

It reads the same records the modules already hold. There is no separate warehouse to load overnight before the numbers are trustworthy.

Is Stewara Assistant another product?

No. It is an optional capability inside Insights, Comms, and other relevant workflows for paid churches that enable it. It stays role-scoped and logged, and it is not enabled in the trial.
